Only one building is in a different place in the second district. The mad hatter building. It was working out how I wanted it to on the one side, so I just moved it one wall. There may be a few minor things like that, but overall it is very true. By the way, I did make judgement of the size, the player being the size of sora. I didn't go by blocks being meters or anything. That makes things too small and cramped. The 2nd district on yours is very small. The lower portion is only like 8 blocks wide. Anyways, I kept very true to the game. There are no places intbetween areas in the game, so I added some to give it a cool flow and my take on what the town could be. Other than that everything is perfectly arranged. I put tons of thought into what would go where, and I made everything flow as best as I could. Nothing else is oddly arranged. Just that one building. Not really even a huuuge detail there. But anyways, the project is already done by me, so i'd recommend not continuing yours. While you may disagree with some things in mine, it is superior, even in the most important sense, which is the relatedness to the game. It's almost uncanny. So please, don't try.

I believe that it is. You can go on and enjoy just the traverse town parts from the game. After all, it started out as just a sightseeing/recreating thing. Anyways, if you want some critique as well, I'd say that yours looks very cramped, and not terribly accurate. Sure mine has a lot of content, but at least it keeps true to the game. Heck, with mine, it feels as if you're in the game.

cramped, that is true depending on where you are, but overall i kept to what was in the game almost meter per meter (the size of a block), accuracy was the entire point of even doing it. when transposing anything to minecraft you have to make a judgement call scale at the decline of detail or detail but have distorted size. you cant have both. also yours has odd gaps between districts and things are oddly arranged like the buildings in 2nd district which is a big detail that doesnt keep true to the game.

Hey there. Follow this link and you'll see that my friend and I have already done Traverse Town, fully. It's like a custom adventure map too. Tons of content, huge, and very detailed. Just thought you should know we did it first! Nyah-nyah! :)
