After doing some digging, I finally found the (mostly) complete Traverse town built from scratch by myself and some friends a year or two ago. All builders credited below!

Misc info:
This town was one of seven worlds planned to be used in a KHRPG environment. To add our own detail to it, as well as cope with inconsistency and sizing issues of the world, several minor details may not be accurate. Here's a list:

• Hotel rooms are too small (sorry)
  
• Back alley has no waterway access
  
• New Area: Marketplace. Located near First/Second District entrance.
  
• New Area: Residential District. An implied location in the games (based on sizes of the doors between District 2 and 3)
  
• New Area: Restaurant. A random project hidden by A-Bomb until recently. Planned to be a new location in the RPG to fill in a blank space in District 2. Jokingly named. (I'll upload a version without this location if requested
  

A few other notes. There was a 'Parkour' area in District 2 that led to the Gizmo Shop. We were unable to build the shop due to several matters each team member was dealing with, but a parkour area was erected beforehand to fill the gap. I'll remove it and upload the final version of the map. A full version may or may not come.
