Step 1: First, start off with a simple wood base.

Step 2: Create a cobblestone ring around the bottom, and fill in the side walls with planks.

Step 3: Add another floor by making a similar design on top but slightly larger.

Step 4: Build a frame on the building for the roof, and a nice base for the barracks attachment.

Step 5: Fill in the top floor walls with wool, and add to the attachment.

Step 6: Build the roof and build up the attachment.

Step 7: Add supports to the attachment to create a reinforced look.

Step 8: Add details to break up the blank walls. And build an entrance.
