Lore:
Castle Vumar and Valtar are both old Outposts of the once powerful Drogovid Empire. The drogovid Empire was once perhaps the most powerful of all.
They used to have dragons and they were worshipped by their people. To the people the dragons were gods and the dragons were tamed by the Drogovids.
Eventually the Oshuzrak war destroyed the empire and killed their dragons. Now the Drogovids are trying to restore their empire. But they have an enemy.. The Pirate Coalition. You see, during the Oshuzrak war the Drogovids committed many war crimes. Including burning down towns and cities, because the Oshuzrak were hiding in there.
The Oshuzrak employed Guerilla tactics and the Drogovids didn’t know how to deal with it. So they burned down all the settlements where the Oshuzrak were hiding.
At the end. The Drogovid Empire won, but their dragons were lost, even the younglings. Without dragons the Empire never fully recovered. And the angry people of Draecoden decided to fend for themselves. Eventually piracy became popular to supply the Lords with gold and resources. But the Drogovid empire along with other Kingdoms didn’t like this and hunted the Pirates. That is when they started the Pirate Coalition. Now their are a kingdom of their own and are going to war with the Drogovids.
