For a start the texture pack was not made by jamziboy and the buildings are nothing a like his so no credit is needed.

Johnsmiths 32x HD the added things are a couple of textures that where made for jamzi but not made by him there is no copy right on them textures so if you would like to get technical with trading and copyright standards so be it!
