Hi all this a multipurpouse build I've came up with but I'ts intended use is a town hall.
It comprises of a basement, first floor, second floor and a tower the inside is preatty huge hence why I've put this on as a multipurpouse build.
As allways if any of you would like a block by block tutorial let me know and I'll upload one to youtube and post the link

When using the schematic keep in mind it has a basement.
