Needs some greenery; shrubs in large planters and palm trees too. Quartz makes good furniture; benches, chairs, display tables, maybe interior planters. Would be interesting to see fancy walkways around the outside, with a couple ponds and more palms.

This is a random idea: a losers cage? Where the weak can be shamed in a public square? Muuaaahahaahah....
