Hey,
This device is the same as my other memory bank except this one is being 4 bit instead of 3 and this one has got 2 memory slots!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!1!! And i'm even trying to make 3 slots :D . but it's very hard :( so that 3rd slot is optional...

Additional Notes

How to operate:
1. Set data in main input panel.
2. Press Safe to (and then the data bank you like) safe the data.
3. to clear press the clear button with the right number.
