Its on a server called The Liberty City Server, so you can't download it. You can get on if you message Minecraft Expert), one of the owners of The Liberty City Server. Minecraft Expert is his PM name. You have to take the builders test, and if you pass, I will show you the building! My IGN is sh00ter87.
