Mideval Village

Hello, my name is MrNintendoguy1, and I am going to build a mideval village. I want people to help me but there's a problem, I can't start a server because of the internet I have. I would need someone to host a server for me. There's another problem, I want it to have at least 30 plugins and a good amount of RAM, and I want it to be 24/7, but I don't want to pay anything because my mom wouldn't want me to have to take 20 dollars off her credit card every month.
