How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is my first attempt at an adventure map, and It is a very quick map. You can play with a friend or alone, as I have added diff notes and items in chests too both saves.
Please diamond this and all that stuff.

Thanks, I will certainly look at your par core map. I made one on Minecraft PE and it was so hard to finish without flying back up. so I added checkpoints. it is definitely possible, but its very tricky. :D
