EDIT: The Project is upload, now when you place the squid egg, automatically places a stair inside with a horse.
         The tutorial is not included atm

First of all, this is definitely not YOUR concept, and finally the world doesn't contains anything, you just wrote a spawn entity command and instructions...I know it's supposed to be a "tutorial" but at least you could have made a system which detect when a player place the "sitting" block and then execute the tp command.
Even your /gamemode command isn't correct, you forgot "@p" =_= ...

Surely it will not be an invention created by me but as he had never seen anyone do that I wanted to try it again .. anyway I will fix the problem and I will modify the map to do that when one places a stair automatically will place even the horse. Thanks for leaving a comment

EDIT: you don't need testfor command, comparators,repeaters...just place your 3 commands arround your fill clock and remove the testfor one.
/!\ kill @e[name=Place] must be in the south direction (so it's the last one to be executed)
You can also use Silverfish egg which is way more inconspicuous than the Squid, and also run /gamerule DoMobLoot//entityDrop false
