This is a minecart dispenser which does not exploit any bugs ingame to work, and only uses the powered rail and the detector rail from beta 1.5 to work. It has one track that is both in and output, and you can connect a station there that you have made yourself, or downloaded from here. (maybe, in the future i will make a station that will work with beta 1.5) The system itself is fully working but some things you can/must add on your own:

• a working station
  
• the wire to call a minecart (currently this is a button next to the output)
  
• a status light to see if it is full/empty
  
• indicator lights showing how much minecarts are loaded. (this and the above can be done using the five redstone wires which run opposite the in/output, those show if a cart is loaded in a bay or not)
  

A sort of "quick start guide" is included in the form of signs, this will give you a quick overview of how to operate it.
