This Minecart Distributor works in a simple way. A Player presses a button and another Minecart will not be loaded until the current one is sent on its way. The way it works is Simple.
1:Player Pushes Button
2:Minecart is dispensed onto track
3:Button Redstone is blocked by piston
4:Minecart goes on its way over detector Rail
5:Detector Rail pushes block that is stopping the Buttons current
Done. Well not yet. I have this working in-game with a mod, but when 1.3 is released Minecarts will dispense onto tracks.
