I just made a schematic of this map for use on MCEdit.
You have to use MCEdit, and paste the schematic on the program.
Works in every minecraft version.
I recommend using these resource packs below for classic experience.

Turn off "Smooth Lightning" and for 1.7 users , Turn mipmap levels into 0, and use the resource packs above.
