Actually its an create mod schematic file, the .schem is used for WorldEdit. When you downloaded it put it in your schematics folder (in .minecraft) then put these nbt files into. Then in-game put the schematic table from the create mod and then grab and empty schematic then put the empty schem into the schematic table and select the file you need. Then grab the schematic and put it somewhere, then place it using a schematicannon (in survival) or scroll to print and right-click (in creative).
