A small trick i've used to make nice pictures is minecraft.
Just stick your head under water with simple machines to give a blue/green tinge into your photos without Photoshop.

Additional Notes

No downloading and no plugins just a quick and easy trick :)
I know this is simple but if it helps anyone I'd be happy.

Or you could use Gimp and edit it, but nice trick
