Minecraft server Spawn

This is what I decided to build, I am in the middle of making a HUB server for the BCU servers. I thought it would be a good idea to make a spawn that is big enough to have 4 spawns inside 1. Me and my friend have started it and done about half of what we wanted to. So far 4 hours has been spent on it and we plan to spend at least another 10 - 12 hours making it huge and also the best it can be. Also, when it is finished I am giving you the chance to download the world and have what we have made for your server spawn.
