Minecraft Server Spawn Point

For any of you newbies knew to creating minecraft servers and just need a bit of a start of in creating your spawn point. Then this project is for you. Its pretty basic really but its a great starting point. Feel free to edit the build and if you decide to place it on your server if you wouldnt mind just giving me abit of credit for building it. Included in the build is a rules/warps room and a ranks and donations room. If you want me to build a more complex build just pm and ill be sure to do it. Thanks guys .
