Hey guys,
This is a free small server spawn built by me and a friend! Feel free to use this on your server as long as you leave credit! This spawn is best used for a towny server, or if you have a private server with your friends that you like to hang around on, that's what I had been using it for. 

Feel free to remove the boat, it's not my best build XD If you like the map please leave a diamond!

Sorry there may be some bad problems with the tree despawning leaves!
