Excellent composition and choice of characters. Nailed all the mobs so much so that it messes with the perception of scale. At times, it looks like it's at normal scale. My only criticism is that Steve looks older and buff. Think it's a combination of what he's wearing, his goatee? and the stance. Nothing really wrong with that but it's just not how I personally picture Steve and where the rest of the mobs are MC defaults, I'm curious why Steve isn't default textures. Maybe he's based on a skin for the commission?
