This is minesweeper in minecraft.
You should be in creative mode when playing.
Break the block to dig, and use the item frame to mark bombs.
There is also a knight mode, where instead of counting adjacent bombs, it counts bombs that are a chess knight's move away.

Rules
When you break a block, it will have a colored piece of sand beneath it. If it is regular sand, there are no adjacent bombs nearby.
The color of the sand corresponds to the number of adjacent bombs (there is a wall of numbers to tell you which color is which number)
You win if you remove all of the lime concrete that is not a bomb. If you hit a bomb, you lose.
