My Mob Arena it does require command blocks to enable them read below
1. open up your server(dont start it)
2. open up server properties
3. look for enable-command-block=true/false(if you dont have it dont worry) if u have it turn it to true and your done
4. add enable-command-blocks=true
5. start up server and they should work
suggested options for multiplayer
enable-command-blocks=true (must have read above)
pvp=true
spawn-monsters=true
spawn-npcs=false
spawn-animals=false
difficulty=2
motd=Mob Arena
