Mind if I give you a few tips?

First,add some details. It looks very dull.
Second,try to expand the arenas and make it look AWESOME
Third,use something to make it look nicer

Last,please use MOBSPAWNERS instead of Dispensers because it tends to get stolen. Also,unique mobs are nice.
