This is our modern apartment. It's made with Modern HD resource pack, what you can download it here
Overall there are 14 floors with 12 apartments.
There is 1 reception on the 1st floor.
On the 14th floor a bar with pool.
I also used Shaders mod with these shaders: SEUS, MrMeepz, Sildurs Vibrant
