Modern Cityscape

Hello there! This is going to be my first try at a decent resource. Hopefully I can turn this lonely house into a epic city.
Currently, it revolves around one building thrown at the idea of modern design. It is based off a local building.
My design may be thought of to be weird and wacky than modern due to sharp and jaggedness on one side but smooth and curved on the other.
The one building isn't very good but I didn't go into this project knowing what I wanted exactly
