Hello!

I'm back for another project! This time I've made a cool modern house in a server my friend showed me! It took me about an hour or so to complete and the members were impressed.

It is only a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom since I didn't plan anything ahead. It does feature a large rooftop terrace and a backyard patio with a small seating area and pool.

I have also included a sneak peek at my 2 new houses, that will be released soon! (Once I finish them, of course)

It's a custom version of soartex fanver made by a friend. It isn't for release, but I can pass it on to you if you can PM me your Skype.

If not, you can use Moartex, which is relatively similar. I also use connected textures for the glass which is an option in Optifine
