Here is a modern house I made a few weeks ago.

Out of all the house's it made in the last few weeks this was one of my most liked.

It's not the nicest looking house I made, but I love how the car park go's under the house and it's not to big as well.

The bottom floor is underground so you can look into the pool from two rooms

This house is a smart little design.
