Anyway, 5murry5 coming out with another build. This time it is a modern house that I designed and built in about two days or 5 hours of game time probably. Built it as part of my application to a new modern building server that is up and coming and looking for new builders. Their website below probably has every thing you need to know and even if you don't become a builder there, there is some super cool house's on the server. They also have their own resource pack which is what I used on this build. Anyway, hope everyone enjoys this build!

Updated because I no longer use SEUS because it was too dark and my new shaders allow me 70 fps instead of 17.
