Hey there, this is 5murry5 and today I present my Modern Townhouses. This design was originally created on an Xbox at my friend's house but I liked it so much due to its design and amenities that I drew it on graph paper and built it again on my PC.

An open concept living and dining

A guest bedroom with walkout balcony

A master bedroom with on suite, and gorgeous views of the pond

A downstairs half bath

A centrally located stair case opening up to the foyer

So theere you have it, I know the design is not very modern but I needed two modern entries and I did not feel like quickly building two builds, here is one and I will be uploading another one soon.
