I wanted to build something for SP, it used to be a small modern house but i overdid it)) so here it is.....
The house has 10 rooms and 6 pools. At night you can see a very beautiful backlight.

Also i used Year-3000 Texture Pack. (it looks much better with this textures)

Textures:

"Year-300 textpack"

well im searching for peeps that are not new to the modern style. i know it sounds stupid but i am currently holding a project via hamachi that needs new people to help it become what it should be.
