This small 20x20 minimalist modern house is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom house made using FlowsHD 64x resource pack in Minecraft version 1.7.9. Made using Cyan stained clay, gray wool, quartz, and stone bricks is a side project for a larger victorian mansion that I've been working on for a while.

I have revised the entire project. This includes new optimized minimalistic furniture, updated exterior depth, and some updates to the landscape. The world download has also been updated if you want some inspiration or a house to have.
