Hello! Sorry for being gone so long. I have some more projects that I am unveiling to the PMC community. I have some small projects that I want people to see. So here is one of many house projects: a cape cod style beach house.
The house is a small one bed one bath resort home next to an ocean. The exterior consists of a large mowed lawn, gardens consisting of hydrated farmland blocks, and a large oak tree with a tire swing. The driveway, consisting of: gravel,stone, and multiple variations of stone bricks, curves to the right at a 45° angle towards the two car garage house. In the back, there is a pool area, a pergola, and a path leading to a sun house overlooking the ocean.
The interior consists of the living room with fireplace, kitchen, and dining room on floor one. On floor two, there is an office, a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and utility room.

Whoops I forgot to add a world save. It was literally almost midnight when I posted the project and I forgot to add it. I will add a world save as well as a seed bc this is a very nice seed for building. Sorry for the inconvenience. ;)
