this new port, is designed to hold all types of vessels, from yachts small, to large ones. may also contain 3 cruise ships, and two freight, and has a mini annes harbor for fishing boats and yachts. everything that is fenced and has annes also a large parking lot for buses and cars. this is close to a skyscraper last generation where the city will be built.
