Modern Republic Server Spawn

The Modern Republic Server Spawn is the perfect spawn for any server large or small.
The spawn has been made with with 100% custom landscape and has all the features that a good spawn requires. Space is provided for signs within a central building, the suggested spawnpoint. Within the central building, open areas are provided for players to gather, if if so wished, for decorations should there be a festive event. Within the confines of the roof of the central building is enough room for staff to set up an admin area, a place for staff to leave notices and to gather.
Around the central building is a series of themed builds, houses, farms, basketball courts and dragons just to name a few. Besides these, several 'Easter Eggs' have been placed, can you find them all?

I built the most part of this by myself, however there were a few small parts where I got help from friends, so I would like to acknowledge Ashdragon90, Jamo21 and Empire92, who I would probably not have been able to finish without.
