Modern smallhouse

Hello you ordinary potato's. I am back with another build on the BlockByBlock (BBB) server. This house is located in /warp Clearview. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small pool. It is made for 2 people to live in but a couple of guests can visit.

The houses floor plan is simple, but very nice. When you walk into the front entrance. You meet with 2 doors. 1 leads with the bathroom, and the other meets with the main room. The kitchen has a long bench featuring a seating area for eating food. Then there is the bedroom. It looks over the main room with an opening in the wall to see through. Outside is the best place to hold guests for a party, as it has a BBQ and a small pool for relaxing in, as well as the seats outside.
