This is a shop I invented, intended for SMP servers that have protections, but not an economy plugin. The currency used is sponge blocks, where 1 sponge = 1 dollar. It uses no mods, and is fairly compact. In this example, the shop is a bakery and it allows you to buy either a cookie platter (5 cookies) for 2 sponges, or a cake for 7 sponges. You cannot buy the item unless you have entered in enough money, and buying the item subtracts the set amount of money. If you put any block that can be pulled by a sticky piston into the shop window, it gets destroyed and you gain no money. If you put in any block that cannot be pulled by a sticky piston, nothing happens. can u do a tutorial, and also, a normal world save would be epic, ive watched tons of tutorials on how to use schematics and dont understand, i even have mcedit :P

Sorry, my framerates while playing Minecraft are so horrid that I can't make YouTube videos. It's fairly simple, though, it's just a BUD switch 3 blocks away, a block deleter, and a binary counter. As for posting a world save, that'd be fine. I'll post it sometime within the next 36 hours, probably.

Sort of makes sense.
But I thought you give the admin the sponges, then you get the item.

Nah, this machine works without needing an admin to be online. The machine automatically detects and destroys the sponges, which add $1 to the counter. If you have $7 in the counter already (The max amount of credits), then the machine won't take your sponge. I'll try to make the other side of the contraption for next week's project, with a sort of ATM, that lets you sell stuff and gain sponges.
