This is a standalone apartment/house designed to fit within a 12x12 block footprint with an 8 block height
It is a super-compact, modern apartment stylised home.

A Simple Colour Palette of Red White & Black
I came up with this design in creative and intend to re-built it on a survival server which is awaiting plugin updates.
(Once Re-Built it will be 100%)

Built primarily of Quartz, Glass & Wool blocks, it is intended to be a good starting point as a first home, or home away from home (which can be handy on a survival server) and once enough quartz block is obtained is easy and straight forward to build, it is fully furnished and consists of:

Good Street Appeal, with a landscaped frontage.
Entry Gallery leads you through to a small outdoor courtyard garden viewed through full height glazing.
A relaxing lounge area with L-shaped couch and Guest Bedroom with bed and storage chests to the lower floor.
The upper floor consists of a second lounging area with kitchenette facilities and music player.
With the main bedroom which has access to a balcony looking out to the street frontage.
