The "Modular Project" is my effort to create modular city building tools, that would make building a factions server or city much less time consuming and difficult, via structure blocks.

This structure can be added to the top of any city intersection and includes functional traffic lights, requires redstone clock to operate (built into city intersections).

I would suggest that you experiment with different genera. Could you make a steampunk traffic light or futuristic traffic light?
