MONSTER BRAWL ARENA
Created By: Pickle_Lord & Mojang_AB
Basic Info -
The Monster Brawl Arena is a fast-paced mini-game where players have to fight against waves of mobs in hopes of emerging victorious. Do not be fooled, however, because these monsters are built to take out even the most clever players. Brace for fearsome Ultra Zombies, dangerous Wicked Witches, sneaky Skeleton Assassins, and an unsettling variety of bosses sure to make survival difficult!
Fortunately for anyone who wants to play the arena, they have a choice between eight different classes designed to fend off against many forms of monster attacks. Each class is unique and has different uses while in battle. For example, some classes may take damage better, while others may give damage better. If there is more than one player in a game, strategy is key when picking classes that may compliment each other. If players are smart when they choose their classes, they can change the outcome of a whole battle!
Once you get a class, it's time to fight! In Classic mode, the battle itself consists of ten normal rounds and a final mega boss round. Depending on the number of players in the game, the arena will spawn mobs of varying number and difficulty each round and give more or less rewards (like strong weapons) for round completion. If you get far enough into the game, you will begin to encounter mini bosses! These mobs are very strong and have lots of health in most cases. Different mini bosses will spawn depending on the number of players left in the game. Finally, if you get past round ten, you have to fight a final boss! These bosses are the toughest of all and can be very unpredictable. Just like mini bosses, different final bosses will spawn depending on the number of players left in the fight. If you defeat the final boss, you win!!!
Now let's say you sadly fall in battle (which almost certainly will happen). When you respawn, you get to spectate the battle until the player or players left win or die. At that point, you can start another game and once again try to beat the arena.
Useful Features -
When you are in the lobby, keep an eye on the sidebar. The map keeps track of all time mob kills and arena wins for all players. This way, you can see who is the best arena fighter out of all of your friends!
During an arena battle, look below a player's name to see how many mob kills they have in just the match you are currently playing.
While you are waiting for a game in the lobby, take a moment to look at the Guide Book. It has very useful information about pretty much every aspect of the map.
Choose one of many modifiers and gamemodes to shake up your playing experience! Simply click the corresponding signs in the lobby to change them.
Finally, if you want to sit out of a fight and just spectate, hit an Opt-Out sign in the lobby. If you are opted out, you cannot be put into battle. When you want to fight again, hit an Opt-In sign in the lobby or simply re-log.
Technical Info -
Player Support: Classic - 1 - 4 Players (and as many spectators as you want)
Playground - Unlimited players and spectators
Boss Rush - Unlimited players and spectators
The Manifesto - 1 - 8 Players (and as many spectators as you want)
How Players Are Picked To Fight: Depending on gamemode, players are randomly chosen for battle as long as they are not opted-out (opt-outs & others not chosen automatically spectate)
Where The Map Works: Works on a server, LAN, and singleplayer
Server Properties Settings (For Multiplayer): spawn-protection=0, force-gamemode=false, allow-nether=false, gamemode=0, difficulty=1, spawn-monsters=true, enable-command-block=true, spawn-npcs=true, spawn-animals=true, level-name=Monster Brawl Arena
LAN: Gamemode - Survival, Allow Cheats - Off
PVP: Can be on or off depending on what server op wants (It's harder to fight mobs with it on, but it can be fun with playground mode)
Enjoy & Have Fun!!!!
