SR, to put a download link you need to create an account with mediafire, dropbox, or something like that (I prefer mediafire...) Then put your map into a .zip archive (you'll need an archiving program like winrar), and upload it to the website. Get the link for the page your map is on, and insert it into the box at the bottom of the page when uploading. Hope this helped, and if it didn't, you should be able to find something online.
