Hi there ! I´m Back !

...to share some new stuff to the community. This time it´s a bungalow in the upcoming town montecito. The house itself lays on a hill near the downtown area. The project is based on a bungalow with two living areas for two different purposes. From the entrance u come up to the living area which is freely connected with the kitchen/dining area. When you cross the water feature, which frames the whole composition, taking the little bridge you enter the storage room, kids room, bathroom, bedroom.
