NO. MAKE A DROPBOX ACCOUNT. DROPBOX IS THE BEST SITE FOR UPLOADING FILES AND I TRUTHFULLY TRUST IT BECAUSE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PASTE THE LINK IN THE DOWNLOAD URL.

And for mac i know you have to compress the file before putting it up for download but i don't know about windows
