Thx for uploading, was to lazy to do it myself ;-)
I created and formed the mountains mostly with Voxelsniper and additionally used some Worldedit here and there.

Note that if you follow the roads you will get to other locations on the map, the closest one being the Quarry. Explore it all yourself on the server at server.wakinghtefallen.net
