All the weapons work without Movecraft, but the ship flies and the turrets turn with the plugin.
The Takao-class cruiser was made by Japan at the beginning of their war with Italy. It was built to be a direct response to the Royal Navy's Canopus-class cruiser, finished just before the start of the Takao project and with the aid of the IJN, as well as to Italy's Vittorio class cruiser. She outgunned both of them and carried larger engines, but her AA-armament wasn't as good. In the ship's design survivability was taken into account, with her armor deep inside the ship in the hopes of stopping fires and making the AA-wiring have multiple points where the signal moves from the upper to the lower level. The Takao is the largest one among her peers.

Is it ok if I use these guns on the ship for a project I'm plaining? Also do these guns work on the version that the AP server is on ATM?
Speaking of which, the turrets have retracting water dispensers so have you considered adding iron blocks to make this submersible?
Also, it looks as though a button is missing from the wiring in the forward bridge. Is that intentional?
