Made this lovely structure using a gradient from mud and granite to copper and prismarine. It can be used under water, but the azalea trees will break.
If you do want to place it underwater then use the /fixwater command to fix air pockets and paste using -a to paste without air blocks.

This was made in 1.19.3 and will only work in 1.19+ worlds due to the use of mud blocks.
The schematic file size is 2 KB.
The segment contains 5472 blocks including air blocks.
