Multi-Level Redstone Enchantment Table

Today I bring you, my first RedStone Project named MLRET (multi-level redstone enchantment table).

What it does is lets say you got your new favorite wooden shovel, and would want to enchant it. But you dont have enough EXP for all the booksehlfs around your Enchantment Table, well look no further, this concept allows you to change how many bookshelfs are there dependning on how much EXP you have. Its really simple and if you want to use this concept on a server, go right ahead. But remeamber, the more levers that are being used, the higher the enchant will be!
