A giant empty skyscraper that you edit to be what you want.
Instructions:
1. Search %appdata% in the start menu and open 'Roaming'
2. Open .minecraft and navigate to the 'saves' folder
3. Open another tab of windows explorer and go to downloads
4. Right-click the zip folder you downloaded called 'Multi-Purpose Skyscraper' and hit 'Extract Here'
5. Drag the extracted folder to 'saves'
6. DONE!!!!!!!!!
