multi-texture world

a huge minecraft world with many citys that are built with and should be viewed with different texture packs.
im thinking one city will be a voxelbox pangea pack.
another will be a steampunk city with glimmars steampunk (if i can find a working version).
another city i will use the texture used in the shadow of israphel and then so on and so on.
so far i have done a little bit of work but i will say that ill invite people to a private server and they may create many cool citys and structures.
post a comment on what texture packs i should use and what the city should look like.
