My First Art(Minecraft)

Ok, I dont want to say that Im the expert in Pixel art, but I guess I could give you some constructive tips instead of "what is that ugly thing supposed to be"

Ok, the thing is: Try to build with circles, round lines and generally more dynamic.
Now, you use vertical lines, like stairs.
If you really want to get into pixel art, search on the interwebz a little bit.
They also might explain shading there, but that would be too long to explain it here.
You will find some really good tutorials.

And, last things last: Build from a sketch or a picture from the internet.
Dont try to remember what shape link had, copy it.
Its way easier to build from a sketch than from your mind.
